Ms. Stump practices primarily in the area of compliance and defense of matters under the statutes enforced by the United States Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission for dietary supplement companies. She also focuses on intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and copyright litigation and trademark prosecution. In addition, she practices commercial litigation and negotiates and drafts contracts. Ms. Stump is former General Counsel to Bodybuilding.com, LLC., where she not only was responsible for all legal matters, but was head of the regulatory compliance department. Ms. Stump was also General Counsel to Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (VPX/Redline). She has successfully litigated and settled intellectual property cases against Red Bull and Hansen (Monster Energy Drink). 

 

Ms. Stump is a member of the Florida bar and received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she taught trademark law for two years.
